I have a MainFrame with the theme of "CGnomeTheme" :

CXTPPaintManager::SetCustomTheme(new CGnomeTheme());

and how to set the dialogs with the same theme?

I have many dialogs such as login dialog, update dialog, about dialog.  how to set the dialogs with the same theme?

I think you can try SkinFramework. See samples from SKinFramework subfolder from last releases.

But There is no  SkinFramework in Xtreme Toolkit Pro 9.60 , how can I do it?
