I just upgraded to 10.3.1 and the above bug has been fixed. However, it does not seem to be fixed if the CTRL key is pressed while clicking. It still has a behavior that is different than Windows Explorer.

This can be verified by using the Report Dialog sample.

I also have a similar problem when selecting multiple rows then right-clicking on a selected row to bring up a context menu. It removes all the selections and just selects the one that was right-clicked on.

This is behavior that is different than Windows Explorer.
