Is it possible to link to the codejock libs if I've set my project properties to not treat wchar_t as a builtin type?  E.g.

Configuration Properties->C/C++->Language->Treat wchar_t as Builtin Type = No.

I have a dependency on xerces and I can't link with it if I don't set it to No.  But if I set it to No I don't seem to be able to link to my codejock libs.

Thanks for the help,
Craig

Hi,

Just open solution in IDE, change this option for our project and rebuild it.

Hi,

Which solution should I change ? I can't find any with this option (Threat wchar_t as Built-in type) set to 'yes'. I've tried looking in 'Workspace' folder but found no success.

Thank you,

Joćo Pedro

Hello Oleg,

I am currently using VC 2003. Examining the directory:

..\Codejock Software\MFC\Xtreme Toolkit Pro v9.60\WorkSpace

I only find  the folders:
XTPToolkit_Dll
XTPToolkit_Dll_Res
XTPToolkit_Lib
XTPToolkit_Samples

None of the main solutions contained in these directories have this option set to 'Yes'. I am using deployment-Wizard and I wonder if it overrides this setting. Any suggestions ?

Thank you,

Joćo Pedro

Hi,
In 9.60 it was "No" by default.

What link error do you see? Do you see it compilling our samples?

Hello,

Well I forgot to check all the configurations for the solution. By browsing through them I found out that Unicode configurations have this option set to 'Yes' so I've changed them and redeployed. Problems were gone.

Thank you for your attention,

Joćo Pedro
