issues usign toolkit pro with vs2005

Hi all

I'm trying to migrate one of our prducts to vs2005 and we use use toolkit pro. I'm encountering numerous crahses relating to the toolkit and i'm wonderingif there is somethigni amd doing wrong

the versionof toolkit i am using is compiled with vc7.1, is this where the problem is?? ie should i be using a version of toolkit for vc8?

if so is an upgrade available or do i need to purchase the latest toolkit

Hello,
Obviously if you compile your product with vc 8, you have to compile toolkit with vc 8 also.
All Toolkit released after Official release of Vc 2005 (November 2005) have option to compile with vc 2005 in Wizard.

I've tried compiling my version of toolkit with vc8 and i get a whole load of problems, i've now downloaded the latest evaulation release

Everything builds fine as it did with my old version

at run time i'm getting the following errors when i try and use ANY toolkit objetc, i try and use CXTButton i will get a crash, if i then change this to a cbutton everythiing works fine

The callstack points the start of the error back to toolkit

ToolkitProEval1030vc80D.dll
msvcr80d.dll!_vsnprintf_s..........
msvcr80d.dll!_vsnprintf_s......
msvcr80d.dll!_vsnprintf_helper.....
msvcr80d.dll!_output_s_l  ( .... plocInfo=0x0000000.......

does anyone have any ideas as to what may be wrong
I'm contemplatign buygin the latest toolkit but i'd like to prove that this is the fix befroe buying, so far its not looking too good
