The cjstyles files from 10.20 and 10.30 are incompatible, if you use the Office2007.cjstyles from 10.20 with the 10.30 SkinFramework the vertical scrollbars are not drawn correctly.
 
You should add a version info to the cjstyles files and then check it in the SkinFramework to see if they are compatible.
