CXTPDockingPaneManager::SetStickyFloatingFrames is very useful. But when moving/resizing the parent window, how to move(/resize?) the sticked frames with it?

Myself I would like to run as follows on a dual screen (1 and 2) setup:

MDI application on screen 1.

Docking panes snapped to screen 2 - use available width automatically.

And - if at all possible - the ability to drag a views' frame from the MDI application and have it maximised to screen 2 somehow, essential goos / better dual screen support for an MDI application.

I have two views which users would like to see simultaneously.
