Is there an easy way to save the sizes of the columns in a list ctrl and restore them on startup?

To clarify, I have written my own serialization of the header widths, but wondered if there was something builtin that I should use instead.

listctrl.AutoSaveColumns and listctrl.LoadColumnWidths
