While popping a popup menu using CXTPCommandBars::TrackPopupMenu, all the panes in our application still receive mouse messages.

We only want the MainFrame to receive the mouse messages and not the other panes. Is it possible?

I tried to put the MainFrame as the owner window but this is not working.
