I'm trying to use the CXTPOffice2007Theme class without the SkinFramework but it seems that some bitmaps are missing. Any idea?

I ran into several issues with this theme, including hot-track items not being displayed. I'm not certain if this is what you're experiencing, but I fixed it by adding this line to my .rc2 file:

#include <Ribbon/res/Resource.rc>

Thanks rmercer, that helped. I didn't add the Ribbon files to my customized Toolkit library.
