I use the follow setence to load a menu,

pCommandBars->SetMenu(_T("Menu Bar"), IDR_MAINFRAME);

I have known a MDIFrame switch method,

but now I want to dynamicly modify it, such as add/delete sub menu item.

Would you please tell me how to get it?

pCommandBars->GetControls()->Add

pCommandBars->GetControls()->Remove

etc
