I have tried to use this line of code:

 DockingPaneGlobalSettings.ColorManager.SetColor STDCOLOR_CAPTIONTEXT, RGB(0, 0, 255)

but no result.

Any ideas?

Use DockingPaneManager.PaintManager.CaptionFont
