Our customers (I'm unable to produce this) have reported that our application crashes when their computer goes on standby or the screensaver is activated. They have sent me screenshots of error dialogs when this occurs, and it appears that the crash (not sure what type yet, I have requested add'l information from them) occurs in the XTP 9.61 module. Has this happened to anyone else? Does anyone have comments?  Customers who have reported this are running WinXP, and we've distributed XTP 9.61. |

Could you please specify at least which controls are used in your application from a module? Or can you see from your screenshots which controls are shown? which one has an error? -- Thanks, Serge |
