When saving a commandbar's state with 'SaveCommandBars' to registry, a new empty folder appears at c:\program files\user\program data. I think this is a temporal folder, but it will be deleted (temporal data will be stored to temp folder)

Hello,

this folder created to save CommandBars customization if its size will more than 16000 byte (restriction of win98)

You can call SetCustomizationDataFileName and specify location of such customization file.
