Hi,

When setting the ViewType property from the access form designer as soon as I view the form runtime the ViewType property gets emptied and defaults to CalendarDayView. When I set it runtime the control updates correctly, except when setting it in the form's OnOpen event procedure. In that case it gets wiped as well.

Any ideas on how to avoid this strange behavior?

This is a bug, and it is already fixed in the 9.81 release which is coming soon.
