If i add toolbar and call LoadToolBar function, then the corresponding icons may apper in my menu bar,i'd like to know how this works.

On the other hand,If thers is no toolbar in my project,then how to add icons to menu item?

Hi,

After you load toolbar all icons added to CommandBars ImageManager, you can manually add them:

pCommandBars->GetImageManager()->SetIcons(IDR_RESOURCE );
