Hello, I've been using the codejock suite (in Visual Basic) for some time. Today I've installed the CJ Toolkit in C++ and all applications yield this error when running in Debug mode:

"Module:
File: i386\chkesp.c
Line: 42

The value of ESP was not properly saved across a function call.  This is usually a result of calling a function declared with one calling convention with a function pointer declared with a different calling convention. "

I've got no idea why this is happening as on other computer works fine...
Thank you

It happens if you build executable with one version of Toolkit dll, but running another version.

Or you build dll for some Visual Studio.

Try to copy dll from c:\program file\Codejock Software\...\bin\.. to you Debug folder.

Hello,
I tried to move the DLLs but no result.
I forgot to say that the license for the CJ for Visual Basic has expired and after that I installed the C++ demo. The error reported appears on every demo sample.

So it is evaluation C++?

What VC do you use, What service pack installed? I sure error because we build our dll with different enviroment (may be some service pack installed that you don't have)

Try evaluation for another VC version.
