I create a simple project use XtremeToolkitPro wizard, I just change the view derived from CEditView. when I run program and open a txt file containing only ASCII char,but all char can not readable, like following:

��⵬��⁬‽䍰��ꬅ��㭥&# 2573;उ�ó뜮�͆�㭅

what is the problem? I use XtremeToolKitPor 9.60.1 and VS .net 2003

There is bug in CEditView if you use Manifest but compile ANSI.

Try remove manifest.
