I would say Commandbars (using CommandBarsFrame object), ReportControl, Calendar, PropertyGrid, TaskPanel, and Shortcutbar.  Not too sure about DockingPanes as they can be picky.

Ive been playing around with the xtrme suite in ms access.  Its seem like most activeX uses another forms hwnd. Unfortunately in access, forms dont have hwnd(i think...). So how do you put object inside clients panes (eg shortcut bar)? any way around this?

You can try placing the controls inside a picture box or frame control, then attach that object to the pane.
