I have just seen screenshots from Office 12, and earlier on from Vista beta 2.

Any chance that you might be developing any new controls in that area? :)

The UI will change until final version so it makes no sense to support Office "12" yet.

We have every intention of supporting the new Office 12 UI, however as Sven mentions we will probably wait until it is more mature, probably after the release of beta 2.
