Having upgraded to a newer version of Toolkit Pro I had to replace my use of CWinAppEx with CXTPWinApp.

One of my programs calls InitShellManager which is missing from CXTPWinApp because it is not based on CWinApp or CWinAppEx.

How do people recommend addressing calls to InitShellManager?
