XTPPropertySheet stops working after a while

I have problems with the XTPPropertySheet. Everything works well for a while, opening the dialog etc. But if a leave my application running for some time the dialogs based on XTPPropertySheet wont open anymore?

I see two different errors:

xttoolkit\v20.1.0\source\controls\dialog\xtppropertysheet.cpp(404) : atlTraceGeneral - Can't create CXTPPropertySheet client

A required ressource was unavailable

Microsoft C++ exception: CResourceException at memory location 0x0000000000145FA0.

Please note that I open and close these dialogs normally for a long time, but then suddenly these problem happens?

It looks like a ressource problem of some kind, any clues what to look for?
