I am new to Codejock (worked with it 14 years ago).

I found a 3rd party skin and wonder if there any tutorial/article or guidance how to apply it in Toolkit.
Is this article applicable (it talks about default skins, not 3rd party) and if yes, any changes I need to make to it in order apply 3rd party skin?
