Subject: QuickAccessControls not showing in Form Title

I have tried various way using the examples with a current app that has a main form the quickaccess icons do not show in the title of form...they show just below the title. How do I get this to merge with my form title?

Here is the code I am using

RibbonBar.QuickAccessControls.Add xtpControlButton, ID_RB_FILE_SAVEALL, "SaveAll"
RibbonBar.QuickAccessControls.Add xtpControlButton, ID_RB_MERGE_NEXT_MERGE, "Next Merge"
RibbonBar.QuickAccessControls.Add xtpControlButton, ID_RB_MERGE_PREV_MERGE, "Previous Merge"
