When I look at the Suite Controls Sample, Resizer tab, if i right click on the Resize Control, i get a property pages window. If I click on the Controls tab, there are zero controls listed, and the Add control button is grayed out. What is going on?

Please help, I'd love to use this in my forms, but I can't get my IDE to match the help examples.
