XTP17.3 does not seem to support "Set up High Contrast" feature, set from the Ease of Access Center, for people with visual disabilities. The reason might be, that you are painting everything by yourselves and are not using Windows theming APIs (no offense! :-) ).

"Accessibility" support of software is a rising issue and has already addressed by some government policies and company policies as a pre-requisite for their software acquisition processes.

What are your plans considering this?

Refer to the attached Screenshot for a comparison of XTP with Outlook, when this accessibility option has been activated:
