On my machine is Internet Explorer 10 installed. A test website reports in IE10:
Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; MSIE 10.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/6.0)

In the Codejock webbrowser control the same website reports:
Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/6.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; InfoPath.3)

Is there a way that the Codejock webbroswer control also reports the highest version of the Internet Explorer?

This is a problem also for the Microsoft Webbrowser control, that is code locked to IE7
You can find some workaround here (need to modify the register)
