Hello,

our software registers the controls at startup (if necessary, f.e. new version). when running on windows 7, the controls won't get registered when not running as administrator. is there a workaround ? can the controls be registered in user mode ?

Why don't you deploy it "Reg Free"? You have a tool from Codejock to generate the controls manifest. Look in "Articles and Tutorials"
