I'm trying to use the report control and I think I managed to build up
the "table" but sorting is not working. The first time I open the form
and click on the header it sorts the data, but after that it doesn't do
anything anymore (the triangles show and change though). Any ideas? Thanks |

The problem is solved. Because you can't set an Item directly on a
column, I fill a row with empty values first and than set the values I
have based on the index after that. Now from the doc. I read that if
you set the caption that will be use instead of value, I set the data
only on the caption. I guess the sorting "worked" but I had only empty
data. So setting my data on the "value" solved the problem... From my experience with support is that I get an answer from there, but I can't say that is always fast. I know that it seems that we just complain about support, but since your controls are not perfect and our apps depend on them, we need a fast and reliable support from you. Otherwise we risk loosing our customers, you loosing us... |
