I have been able to apply custom themes to the header control of a CXTListCtrl. How can I do the same thing to the scrollbar for the list control? I don't want the scrollbar to change when a user changes their Windows settings.

Can't apply custom themes to the scrolbar.  The color of the scrollbar is controlled by the OS.
