I find your hotfix number a bit too much. We are treating every hotfix as a new library version in our version control. Wouldn't it be smarter to use the common numbering scheme where last number stands for bugfixes and minor enhancements, like 15.2.1, 15.2.2 - 15.2.13 etc. Just a thought...
