When there is many series, the legend can not display all names.

I think it would be better to scroll the legend area.

I'm sorry to say, but maybe you could reconsider the way you fill the data in you chart. Maybe break it up in more individual charts. This doesn't make any sense.
 
It's like a function that's 5000 lines long. That indicates its poorly written and needs to be chopped up in smaller functions.
 
Please don't take it the wrong way. I'm just trying to help.

You shouldn't strive for UI where scrollbars are shown everywhere, that's true. Still, the UI components must handle that case.
 
My first reaction when I see a non-content-aware container is "This is sloppy code".
