in my app, users can hide or show toolbars in a similar way to ms office apps, by:

  1. right-clicking on the commandbar, or
  2. choosing View -> Toolbars (created by adding a control with the id of 59392)

Since the commandbars control is responsible for creating both lists, is there any reason why they are different?

For example, say I have 2 commandbars, standard and advanced, plus one dialog bar. In the right click menu, only standard and advanced are listed, however, in the Toolbars popup commndbar, the dialogbar is also listed.

Am I forced to create the toolbars list manually?

in 9.60.1 will be fixed (now ContextMenuPresent flag ignored by Popup commandbar.)
