Hi, I just brought this control.  When I make a setup file to include the ocx do I need to include the  Codejock.Calendar.v15.0.2.lic file as well?

Or do I need to set the VALIDATE-CODE in code in my program?

You do NOT include the LIC file.  See the link below about imbedding the license information.
