How the columns are rearranged?, I want to do with my code as well as user can do with drag and drop.

I found a solution using CXTPReportColumns::ChangeColumnOrder

Easiest - use a text editor to set the column order in an xml file and load it when you load your report. I believe it is the "<Column ItemIndex=" property.
