Hi,

With TaskDialog1
        .AddRadioButton "1", 1
        .AddRadioButton "2", 2
        .ShowDialog
End With

Private Sub TaskDialog1_RadioButtonClicked(ByVal Id As Long)
    Debug.Print "User selected ID: " & Id
End Sub

Simple as that Wink
