13.3.1 uses libpng 1.2.40. Latest version is 1.4.2.

Please update your sources before the release of 13.4!

Same goes for zlib: http://www.zlib.net/ - http://www.zlib.net/

13.3.1 uses zlib 1.2.3. Latest version is 1.2.5.
