Hello rmcmanamy.
Unfortunately, I don't know of a way to actually remove that line. I tried many different options and was unsuccessful. But, the reason why it gives you that line is because its a entirely different group from the other two. You could probably add a title of some sort to it or some other work around maybe. Thanks but shoots. I can't believe they don't have a setting for that. In trying things I found out that if I set the Popup to be a Toolbar then it doesn't display the lines.

Maybe not. While that works for the line then on my command buttons I'm using on it they won't display the caption when the SetPopupToolbar is set to True.
