Since adding the Codejock pushbutton controls to my application, my application crashes the VB IDE every time I click a pushbutton at runtime. What is weird is that this only happens for pushbuttons that are in a control array. I have rebooted my computer and gone through a host of trial and error scenarios, but have been unable to pinpoint what could be causing this. I am trying to avoid the alchemy of trial and error that I went through when the docking panes were crashing my IDE environment,

FWIW, I am using the CodeSmart Tools in my design environment however I have eliminated them as a possible problem by removing the facility from my environment at Startup via the Add-In Manager. Has anybody else had a similar experience with the pushbutton controls or a similar experience with any other controls? Thank you for your input.
Sincerely,

Hey there JP.
I just tried to recreate your problem here and I did not get the same error. My setup is WinXP SP3, VB6 SP6, with codejock 13.2.1 as well. Maybe if you open a new project with only the CJ controls and see if you have the same problem.

Hi there,
We've got the same problem in our application whereby it's filled with various controls. We workaround this by getting the button to start a timer that does the unload of the form, as we can't take the button out of the control array as it'll fill up the variable space in our application (we've reached the limit of variables names in vb6).
I'll try knock up something to re-create the problem.
