I have a 2007 menu style that allows users to right click on a menu icon and move it to the Quick Access Toolbar.  I need to capture this event OR find away to read all the shortcut Icons that have been added / removed from the Quick Access Toolbar where I can save and rebuild the next time the user starts the program.  I have not seen an event fire for this.
