I have a MFC app which uses BCMenu ( http://www.rocscience.com/~corkum/bcmenu.html - http://www.rocscience.com/~corkum/bcmenu.html ). When running WITHOUT SkinFramework, the menu works fine. However, when SkinFramework is enabled, the menu becomes blank.
