Hi,

it is not possible to make a event for 23:00 to 24:00.

The problem is the 24:00:00.

Only 23:59:59 or 00:00:01?

24:00 belong to next day - you can use 23:59:59 instead (by definition - day = [0:00:00 - 24:00)
