Is it possible to select multiple cells rather than rows?

For example, select all cells in column 1 or select a range of cells without selecting whole rows?

I don't think I have seen that capability in the control but one of my coworkers wants to use it that way, so I thought I would ask...

If cell selection means activation (in-place editor or other control) - this is impossible as Control had only ONE reusable in-placer,

if it just set of cells - not neccessary continues - e.g. for copy operation - this is possible.

I think I already answer on such question and propose VB demo sample (in Report - ActiveX part) - please make a search.
