Buttons moved to another menu control do not operat.

I would like to implement a tabbed toolbar like this: "Standard" "Advanced"
If the user deselect buttons from "Standard", it should be available from "Advanced" ?
How can I also get access to the icons / buttons list in the Expand section ?

Sometimes, I do not find my de-selecte icons into this list. This will then be difficult to re-activate them even in the same category "Standard" or "Advanced"

Does somebody have an idea how to solve these two points ?
