Is there any way of hiding  the tab control navigation arrows which are show when there are too many tabs to show all at once.
I would prefer to select tabs by mouse click and keyboard navigation only, and not have the navigation arrows taking up screen space.
(ther is a similar feature in the command bar workspace)

Just set:
 
wndTabControl.ShowNavigateButton xtpTabNavigateButtonLeft, xtpTabNavigateButtonNone
wndTabControl.ShowNavigateButton xtpTabNavigateButtonRight, xtpTabNavigateButtonNone
