Hi,

After I load my controls from the xml file, my keyboard shortcuts for the menu items are not working.

I have StateOptions:: XtremeCommandBars%7EStateOptions%7ESerializeOptions.html - SerializeOptions set to true, but StateOptions::SerializeActions is set to false.

We would not like to Serialize Actions, as it will put too much content into the xml file.
