I am using CXTPTabControl which is always visible on the desktop.

I have set tooltips for each tab button.

I want to show the tooltips even when the program is not active. Meaning, when the user is in another program and moves mouse over my program (CXTPTabControl), the tooltips must be shown.

Please help.
