I'm getting an "Object is no Longer Valid" error when attempting to access any Custom Properties in the UpdateControlsFromEvent sub of frmEditEvent.  I'm using V12.1.1 with VB 6 and a Custom Data Provider.

m_pEditingEvent.CustomProperties.Count returns the number of Custom Properties I have added in CreateEventsFromRS.  If I print the Custom Propeties using pEvent.CustomProperties.SaveToString at the end of CreateEventFromRS, I see my custom values.  But, when I print the Custom Properties  in UpdateControlsFromEvent using m_pEditingEvent.CustomProperties.SaveToString, each of the Custom Properties contains a zero length string.

Any ideas of what's happening or better yet - what I'm doing wrong?
