Could the child frame (derived from CMDIChildWnd) have the functionality of SaveCommandBars/ LoadCommandBars if it has its own toolbar?

Hello,
 
Yes, Derive it from CXTPFrameWnd<CMDIChildWnd> and you will be able create/save/load commandbars.
