Create a new project.
Add references:
-TX Text Control
-Xtreme SkinFramework

Put a TxText control on the form and a CommandButton.

Insert this code:
Private Sub Command1_Click()
  Call TXTextControl1.ObjectInsert(1, 0, -1, 0, 0, 0, 100, 100, 2, 10, 10, 10, 10)
End Sub

Run the application. By clicking the button you can insert an object, e.g. a Bitmap.

Now put a SkinFramework control on the form and test the application again.
If you click the button you will have an error.

Trial version of TxTextControl: http://www.textcontrol.com/downloads/trials/form/3.htm - http://www.textcontrol.com/downloads/trials/form/3.htm

Maybe it's a problem in the TxTextControl, but I'm not shure...
