On versión 11.1.3 of Taskpanel I don’t have scroll bar added to the right side of it. On version 12.02 I have scroll bar sitting to the right and I don’t want it. I looked to my best the way to disable that scroll bar, but I wasn’t able to find it. That scroll bar viewing is awful at least on our program. We don’t like it. There's no way to disable the dam scroll bar?

I must confess that it was our mistake. Was a problem on our code that we didn't notice until now that we set the new taskpanel. Sorry for the problems we cause
